Tallon was great!! Tallon walked me through what was wrong with my water heater, what needed to be done, as well as what my insurance would likely cover and potential upgrades (but not in a pushy / sales way). During installation Tallon was timely, professional, and organized. He cleaned up after himself and has a great sense of humor too. 10/10 J&M was selected for me by my insurance company, but I had such a good experience that I will absolutely be requesting them for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs!
