These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services provided by J & M Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. ("J & M", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
J & M provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services in Utah. We are licensed and insured (License #4993979-5518). Service availability and response times depend on location, scheduling, and parts availability.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
- Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and a visual inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work, parts, or conditions are discovered.
- Written approval is required before performing work outside the original estimate.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept commonly used payment methods.
- Past-due balances may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
Appointments and Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Emergency service is provided by appointment.
Warranties
Workmanship and parts may be covered by limited warranties, the terms of which will be described in your invoice or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or work performed by anyone other than J & M.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to shut-off valves, panels, and equipment.
- Disclose known issues with the property, including hidden hazards (asbestos, mold, unsafe wiring, etc.).
- Obtain HOA, landlord, or other approvals required for work on the property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J & M is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of services or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
